From the first conversation to the final floral details, we guide you through each step with a design process that feels personal, collaborative, and tailored to your day.

Consultation
You'll begin with a complimentary 30-45 minute video consultation with Sarah. This is our chance to get to know one another while talking through your wedding plans, floral needs, and priorities. Bring your inspiration photos, Pinterest board, or anything else that helps communicate the vision for your wedding day.

Custom Proposal
Following your consultation, you'll receive a detailed propsal tailored specifically to your wedding floral needs. Included are design recommendations, individual pricing, and a curated mood board to help you visualize the flowers, colors, and overall design direction written in your proposal.

Reserve Your Date
Your wedding date will be held for seven days while you review your proposal. If you decide to move forward, a signed electronic contract and a $500 non-refundable retainer will officially reserve your date with us.

Stay Connected
Once you're booked, you can email anytime with questions, updates, or changes. Your floral proposal can continue to evolve as your plans do, with additions, removals, or revisions welcome up until four weeks before your wedding day.

Venue Walkthrough
A venue walkthrough with Sarah is included as part of the design process. Meeting at the venue allows us to walk through the space together, discuss placement and scale, and make decisions that are easiest to finalize in person.

Final Details
After your venue walkthrough, we'll update your proposal to reflect any changes made throughout the planning process. You'll receive a detailed final mood board to review and approve, with any last adjustments made before your designs are finalized. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding day.
